google books are the ultimate one stop portal for reading books online and it does not facilitate any way for downloading books. But this simple trick ensures you to download books directly from your browser.


Requirements:

Mozilla Firefox (or) Sea monkey browser

Note:

Only using mozilla firefox browser,you can access pages for offline use.

Steps:

¡Open the desired book from google books portal.


¡Right click to open page info.

¡Select media tab and scroll down to locate the page.


¡Select save as and save the file as .jpg extension.








once you scrolled a page, you can actually save the pages which are above and below the page you are viewing . But instead if would like to download , complete book and only the one which are free for public view can be downloaded using the google book downloader software , which can be downloaded here below.
